You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than the purposes for which the Platform was created; The Platform is for Users' personal use only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except for those specifically approved or approved by the Platform. In the event of any prohibited activities by the User, the Company has the right to suspend, block or close the User's account and prevent his/her access to login to the Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to the following:
(a) activities that violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
(b) violate applicable laws or industry regulations relating to the sale of alcoholic beverages or prescription drugs and devices;
(c) infringes the copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy, or other proprietary right under the laws of the account owner's jurisdiction;
(d) any illegal products, services or activities, including encouraging, promoting, facilitating or directing others to engage in illegal activities;
(e) Payments made to and from any sanctioned country, as well as business or companies with persons subject to international/domestic sanctions, suspected or convicted of terrorism, financial crimes or any other crime;
(f) providing false information relating to the customer's identity or business activities;
(g) any product, service or activity that finances terrorism;
(h) Drugs, stimulants, certain controlled substances or other products that pose a consumer safety hazard, products containing THC, CBD or any other similar substance, or any activity related to drug paraphernalia.
(i) products, services, or activities, including media and journalism, that could be considered discriminatory, hateful, racist, exploitative, or incite harassment, bestiality, defamation, or violence;
(j) service-related activities where the service provider collects funds on behalf of others as a payment service provider, check cashing agencies, foreign exchange service providers, money transfer machines, traveler's checks or money orders;
(k) includes ammunition, explosives, weapons, defense or weapons, imitation weapons, rifle parts, parts or accessories related to or related to sniping or weapons manufacturing/distribution;
(l) services related to sharing times in hospitality or issuing travel visas;
(m) promote or advertise products or services other than your own without proper permission to do so;
(n) collect funds without authorization when it is mandatory within the account holder's jurisdiction;
(o) multi-level marketing, network sales, matrix programs, outbound and inbound marketing over the phone or other similar programs including pyramid schemes and Ponzi schemes;
(p) gambling and betting activities, casinos, sweepstakes, sweepstakes, mini auctions, services related to fantasy sports or sports prediction, or the sale of usable "chips" or coupons of value associated with such services or certain purchased games;
(q) software, materials or services related to get rich tournaments or related to getting rich or gambling;
(r) factoring, lending, investment services, financial services, security or mortgage services, pawnshops;
(s) directories of private businesses, businesses specializing in cautionary letters, liquidation or proxy services;
(t) buy or sell stocks, bonds, securities, options, futures, binary options, investment interest in any entity or property, services related to clouds, debt consolidation, insurance brokers, payday lenders, medical groups, scholarship programs, or payment protection insurance, currency exchange or foreign exchange (forex) trading activities;
(u) modification chips (for example, to modify a game console in order to use non-proprietary hardware or software);
(v) ticket agencies without a license, reselling tickets;
(d) counterfeit clothing and products, or counterfeit goods;
(x) objectionable, abusive, inappropriate, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, distressing, vulgar, hateful, racially, ethnically or sexually offensive behavior, or conduct any other inappropriate behavior towards JustMeat platform staff; And
(i) Highly rated Politically Exposed Persons (PEP).
Accordingly, Just Meat reserves the right, but is not obligated, to do any or all of the following (with no restrictions on other actions):
(a) investigate an allegation that any Content posted on the Platform does not comply with these Terms and decide in its sole discretion to remove or request removal of the Content;
(b) remove Content that is offensive, illegal, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms;
(c) monitor, edit or disclose any content on the Platform; And
(d) modify or delete any Content posted on the Platform, regardless of whether or not such Content violates these Terms;
(e) cancel and/or suspend any order or deactivate or terminate your account in its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects or detects fraudulent conduct or activity in connection with your account and/or your order and/or any of the reasons set forth in Section 4 of these Terms.
